The Rayle Team

Chad and his legal secretary and spouse, Tricia, have been married for over 23 years, and they have two daughters, Chloe and Claire. Mr. Rayle’s law practice is dedicated to the areas of Medicaid Planning, Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Estates. The Rayle’s are actively involved in the community and their church. When the Rayle‘s are not working, they enjoy spending time with friends and family and traveling.

Chad L. Rayle was born in Auburn, Indiana. He received a BSBA degree from Indiana Tech in 2006, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Mr. Rayle received a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2011, graduating Cum Laude. He was also admitted to the practice of law in the State of Indiana in 2011. Mr. Rayle began advocating for Medicaid applicants and recipients in 2008, when he was a law student and a clerk for a local law firm. 


Mr. Rayle is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Elder Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association ("ISBA"), Probate, Trust & Real Property Section of the ISBA, DeKalb County Bar Association, and Noble County Bar Association. He has a Martindale.com, Lawyers.com, and Avvo.com Client Review Rating of 5.0 out of 5, which is the highest rating an attorney can achieve from any of these sources. 

Tricia L. Rayle

LEGAL  SECRETARY


Tricia L. Rayle was born in Flint, Michigan. She received a BSW degree from Taylor University in 2005. Prior to  becoming a Legal Secretary, Mrs. Rayle was employed as a Social Worker at a local nursing home for nearly a decade. During that time, she gained extensive knowledge about Medicaid, Medicare, home health care, hospice, and community-based government entitlement programs for the elderly and disabled.
